Account

You can sign in with your email or your Google account from the Sign In page.
Open the account menu (bottom of the sidebar) → Settings → Security.
Open the account menu → Settings → Danger Zone, and follow the prompt to delete your account. Deletion is permanent — it removes your charts, relationships, and chat history, and cannot be undone.

Plans & usage

Your conversations with the assistant run on usage, which we track as credits — each account is allotted a set number that refills each month, so you can chat freely without counting individual messages. Different responses use different amounts (a quick reply costs a fraction of what a deep, multi-step analysis does), and the biggest factor is which model you pick: Swift is fast and economical for everyday questions, while Sage (a Plus feature) gives more thorough analysis and uses about 4× the credits per message. For full transparency you can see exactly how many credits any response used by clicking the credit icon at the bottom-right of that reply. Looking up a chart and reading your results are always free and never count against your usage.

The heart of 5Types isn’t rationed. On every plan you can:

  • Generate unlimited individual charts.
  • Build unlimited composite (relationship) charts to see how any two people fit together.
  • Explore and read every chart in full, as often as you like.

Your plan sets how much you work with the assistant:

  • Free: a real taste of the assistant, with enough questions to explore your chart and feel what it can do.
  • Plus: go deep every month. Ask hundreds of in-depth questions, generate full reports and chart walk-throughs, talk through real decisions, follow your daily and weekly transits, and prep for client sessions if you read for others, all without watching a meter.
Your regular usage resets each billing cycle (the Free plan refills on a rolling 30-day cycle). You can see how much you’ve used and your next refill date in the account menu.
The assistant pauses new messages until your usage refills. You can wait for the reset, upgrade to Plus for much more regular usage, or add extra usage anytime.
Yes. You can buy extra usage as a one-time top-up. Extra usage never expires and is used only after your regular monthly usage runs out.
Open the account menu → Settings → Subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Your charts

A personality tool grounded in Human Design. You enter your birth details, 5Types builds your chart, and you can explore it and chat with an assistant about what it means.
From your dashboard, open Look up and enter your birth date, exact birth time, and birth place.
Your chart is calculated from the exact time and place you were born — even a few minutes can change parts of it. The more accurate your details, the more accurate your chart.

Yes. See our Privacy page for how we handle your data, and remember you can delete everything anytime from Settings.
